Elton "Croc" Crochran, CSCS, RSCC, HSSCC
 

Coach Croc brings over 12 years of dedicated strength and conditioning experience to help athletes reach their full potential. With 5+ years as a high school S&C coach and 7+ years at the collegiate level, he has developed a proven methodology to develop strength, speed, and power in athletes.

As the Owner and Director of Alamo Sports Performance Training, Coach Croc is committed to delivering results through scientifically-backed training methods while prioritizing proper technique and injury prevention.

His certifications include:

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC)

  • High School Strength and Conditioning Coach (HSSCC)

Emphasise plyometrics, skipping, Bounding and Max effort linear or straight line speed.

Day 2: Tuesday

Multi- Speed

Speed endurance, multi directional starts, curvilinear sprints.

Day 3: Wednesday

Emphasis on accelerating/ decelerating technique while rapidly producing force.

Tempo Training

Conditioning designed to prepare everyone for fall camp. Work/Rest ratios that are used for various tempos.
